who stack the deck to get as many consultants as possible on a consulting assignment and where as much as 75% of the project work is done by them.

Our approach is the reverse: No more than 25% of the project work is done by our consultants. The result is lower cost solution and, more importantly, projects are owned by management who take a vested interest in the ongoing success of a project initiative.

We enable the client project team by sharing our knowledge and Subject Matter Expertise, our tools and techniques, examples and case studies, training, and industry experience. We are unique in that we have a network of Subject Matter Experts, each with significant industry and project expertise and who we collaborate with on specific client projects.

Our goal is to deliver success quickly through process, productivity, performance, and innovation. We measure performance to determine what best drives profitability for an optimal value exchange between the organization and their customers. We measure success by the contribution to your bottom line.

To sustain our client relationships our Train-The-Trainer approach creates Performance Management Champions within your organization. Our role is to work with management in an advisory capacity and to provide continuous on-site support according to plan.
